One monthly price. A person sets it up.

฿1,990 a month for the venue — not per terminal, not per order, and not a slice of what you take. Setup is quoted for your room and done by us, because the first week decides whether a POS gets used or quietly abandoned.

Setup

Quoted for your venue

We do it, not you — and what it takes depends on your room: how many floors, how long the menu, how many recipes to cost. Tell us about yours and we’ll price it. Most venues are serving within a week.

  • Your menu entered from your PDF
  • Your floor drawn, table by table
  • Recipes costed so margins are real
  • QR codes printed and placed
  • Staff trained on your own floor
  • We stand with you on opening night

Prices exclude VAT. Monthly by bank transfer or PromptPay — no card on file, no auto-renew you have to hunt for. The first month is paid before we set you up; if it isn’t right for you, tell us within 7 days of your venue going live and we refund it in full.

The arithmetic

A percentage is a price that grows every time you have a good month.

Plenty of systems price themselves as a share of your takings. It sounds modest at signup, because at signup your takings are small. Here is the same illustration at three sizes of venue — the point is not the exact rate, it is the shape.

The right-hand column is the same number in every row. That is the entire pitch.

The same applies to per-terminal pricing. A venue that adds a second bar, a rooftop, or a tablet for the kitchen is a venue that is doing well — and charging it for the privilege is a strange thing to build into a contract. Add as many screens as you have hands.

What sets the setup fee

Why setup is quoted rather than listed.

Because a 30-seat wine bar with 40 items and a three-floor restaurant with 200 are not the same week of work, and pretending otherwise means one of the two is being overcharged.

01How long your menu is

Every item, variant, modifier and price is entered from your own PDF or spreadsheet — in both languages if you want the guest menu bilingual.

02How many recipes to cost

Costing a cocktail list down to the pour is what makes margin reporting real. It is also the slowest part, and it is optional if you would rather start without it.

03How big the room is

Floors, sections and tables are drawn to match the real room, and the QR codes are printed and placed on them.

04How many people to train

Training happens on your own floor with your own menu, not in a demo account. Bigger teams take longer.

05Whether you are migrating

Bringing historical sales or a customer list off an existing till adds work. Bringing nothing adds none.

06Opening night

We stand on the floor with you for the first service. That is included in every quote rather than sold as an extra.

Terms, plainly

The commercial questions.

All of these are answered the same way whether you ask before or after you sign.

Is there a contract or a minimum term?

No minimum term. It is monthly, and you can stop at the end of a month you have paid for. There is no notice period and no exit fee.

How do I pay?

Bank transfer or PromptPay, monthly. There is no card on file and no automatic renewal to discover later — we invoice you and you pay it. Prices exclude VAT.

What is the refund?

The first month is paid before we set you up. If the system is not right for your venue, tell us within 7 days of going live and we refund that month in full.

Does the price go up as I grow?

Not with your turnover, your table count, your headcount or your terminals. If we ever change the list price we will tell you before it applies to you, not after.

What do I have to buy?

Almost certainly nothing to start. Any reasonably modern tablet or laptop runs the staff side in a browser, and guests use their own phones. You will want a receipt printer, and a second tablet for the kitchen if it is a separate room. We will tell you exactly what to buy — and we do not take a margin on it.

What if I have two venues?

Each venue is its own subscription, because each venue is its own set of books, its own tax invoice series and its own staff. Tell us about both and we will quote the setup together.

What happens if I leave?

You take your data. Menu, sales history and every tax invoice, exported in a format you can open. No exit fee, no notice period, no holding your own numbers hostage.

Not a demo account full of invented data — a live venue on a Friday night, taking real orders. Bring your menu and we’ll have it on screen before you leave.
